Pricing questions
- Do you take a cut of every booking?
- No. You pay a flat monthly subscription. Card payments go straight into your own Square account at your normal Square rates, and we never hold your money.
- Do I need a Square account?
- Yes. You link it in a couple of clicks with Connect with Square, and there are no API keys to copy. Square accounts are free to open if you do not have one yet.
- How do memberships get paid?
- Members save a card once, and Square charges it automatically every month or year, straight into your account. Your team can see every renewal, so there are no direct debit forms to chase.
- Can I move my data from Roller?
- Yes. We help you bring your customers, members and future bookings across from a Roller export, so you can switch without starting again. The switching guide explains how.
- Is there a contract?
- No long contract. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. You can export your data whenever you like.
