Try Cove Flow for yourself
Kestrel Adventure Park is a made-up archery, AR darts and axe throwing centre running on Cove Flow. Book there as a
customer, then log in as staff and find your booking. No sign-up and no card: payments are pretend, and everything
goes back to how it was overnight.
1. Book as a customer
This is the booking site your customers would use. Try an archery taster, an AR darts lane, or a birthday party with a deposit and party questions. Use your own email address to get the confirmation email.
At checkout there’s a “Pay (test)” button instead of a card form, so nothing is ever charged.
2. Run the venue as staff
Log in to the staff app to see the calendar, take a sale on the till, check people in, look up customers and run reports. Everyone trying the demo shares this login.

Staff accounts, Square, billing and venue settings are switched off in the demo. Everything else is the real thing.
Things to try
- Book an Archery Party: it takes a £50 deposit and asks for the birthday child’s name.
- Book an AR Darts Lane: priced per lane, and each booking gets its own lane.
- Find your booking on the staff Calendar, then check it in.
- Sell a drink and a gift card on the till (PIN 1234).
- Use promo code DEMO10 online for 10% off.
- Open Reports to see three weeks of made-up takings.
